VIP lounge of Terminal D of International airlines is located in the right wing of the terminal, has a separate entrance and parking.

VIP lounge of Terminal D of Federal airlines is located in the left wing of the terminal, has a separate entrance and parking.

VIP lounge of Terminal B, for domestic flights, departures and arrivals, is located in the left wing of the airport, has a separate entrance with access by personal vehicles (for a fee of 1500 r/hr).

Terminal F has two VIP lounges - for arrivals and departures.

VIP lounge for departures is located on floor 2 of the airport, to the right from the information board.

VIP lounge for arrivals is located on floor of Sheremetyevo-F airport ( floor 2, to the left from the information board, up the stairs).

VIP lounge of terminal E, for departures and arrivals, is on floor 2, on the way to terminal D, behind the restaurant area, opposite Bosco store.

To enter the VIP lounge, you need to go to the reception, say your flight number and your surname. A passenger must come to the VIP lounge ahead of tme to check-in for his flight. The VIP lounge staff is not liable for the quality of services provided and cannot guarantee a passenger the flight, if, in violation of the General Rules of Air Services, a passenger checks in later than 40 minutes before the flight.

When leaving the aircraft, a passenger is greeted by a VIP lounge agent with a violet colour sign "VIP". A passenger should approach the VIP lounge agent, say his name and where he came from. After meeting all passengers of the VIP lounge, who arrived by one flight, the agent accompanies them to the VIP lounge. VIP passengers will be provided with a transport to the terminal (in case if the aircraft is parked far). Next, passengers will be escorted by the agent to the VIP lounge to collect baggage.

Entry into the VIP lounge of persons with weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable, poisonous, radioactive and other dangerous objects, and substances that can be used to create a security threat or may cause other emergency (aviation incidents is prohibited. It is not allowed to take to the VIP lounge and consume food, as well as drinks, including alcohol drinks, purchased outside the VIP lounge.

All orders placed in the VIP lounge bar are not included in the price and should be paid separately.

The plan of applications goes to the VIP room at 22:30 Moscow time, the day before. Vip room reserves the right to not disclose confidential information about customers in a telephone conversation.
